Leave a Legacy - Help secure DCD's long-term future

,"Pledging a Legacy to DCD is a straightforward way for DCD beneficiaries to give back to the organisation that supported them through their transition. The process is very simple and you can specify which area of DCD's work you would like to support. I am thrilled to be able to contribute to securing DCD's future, helping them to support many more dancers like us, through what we all know to be a very difficult time in our careers,"
DCD Beneficiary.

A Legacy can transform the lives of dancers and help DCD to plan for our future.

Leaving a gift in your will is an easy and effective way of ensuring that we are able to support future generations of professional dancers.

It is easy to leave a gift to DCD in your will, or to amend your current will. We will work with you to make sure that your gift goes where you intended; directly to dancers, to a specific career support service or to where it is needed the most. Legacy gifts can also be used to honour someone you know.

Any gift, no matter what size, makes a real difference to the lives of dancers.

'I am still so enthusiastic about working in the dance studio.... with teaching, the rewards can be even better than performing'

Caroline Scott was a professional dancer for ten years, performing with English National Ballet, European Ballet and Vienna Festival Ballet. Caroline was awarded a Bettine Goldberg Teaching Bursary in July 2012 to support her whilst undertaking the RAD Professional Dance Teacher's Diploma. DCD were able to award Caroline a financial retraining grant thanks to an extremely generous legacy from the estate of the late Mrs Bettine E. Goldberg.
